In reality there are only two forms of government

To see through the political deception...it is imperative to understand that all commonwealth nations and many others not of the commonwealth, functions on a dual political system...

These systems, although they co-exist, cannot occupy the same space.  You are either in one jurisdiction or the other.  You can cross back and forth when it suits, but never be in both at any one time.  Most of us will live and die not realising there was another jurisdiction available to us, a jurisdiction that offers peace and happiness.  It allows us the freedom to reach our true potential, while the other enslaves us with Statutes and Acts and a plethora of taxes.

As many have found out...you cannot enter a court under Roman Civil Law and expect the fairness of Common Law.  If one has not contracted into Roman Civil law jurisdiction, then in court, they can move for Habeas Corpus and demand the courts prove jurisdiction.  They can’t... and this automatically puts you in Common Law jurisdiction.  This has worked in the U.S, Canada and the U.K.  The question for us is, has it been tested in the New Zealand courts?  Once people distinguish between the two jurisdictions, then all the lies promoting the false dichotomy becomes obvious. Then and only then we will be able to focus on becoming free.

Freedom is the unrestrained ability to evolve.   Freedom lies in understanding the concept of individual sovereignty, the principles of common law and the true definition of a republic.

The table below compares the differences between the two different forms of government. The best exmple to use is the dual political system of the U.S. Thanks to their education system and the irresponsible or complicit mainstream media, most Americans will acknowledge their country is a republic, then proceed to describe it's political system as a democracy. When at first glance of the
definitions, they may seem similar, in reality, they are as different as rugby is to synchronised swimming.  It is the difference between freedom and slavery.

Government Controlled by the People: Government Which Controls the People:

Common Law.

 Originated from Old Testament.

Do not infringe upon the rights, life, liberty or property of another human being.  Do so and you will be judged by a jury of your peers.

Roman Civil Law.

Symbolised by the ancient Roman fasces (axe with bundled rods)

Private law introduced incrementally via hegelian dialectic to become public law.

Republic:

One in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and are exercised by the people, either directly, or through representatives chosen by the people, to whom those powers are specially delegated.

In a republic only 100% can effect change.  Anything less is only advisory.  The best example of this in our society is the jury system.  All twelve jurors must agree or the accused walks free.  Under the present Government, this has changed to 11-1 with talk of lowering it further to 10-2.  This takes to jury system from a republican system to a democratic system.  Hundreds of years of tradition originating from the Magna Carta wiped away by democracy without so much a wimper from the public.

Democracy:

That form of government in which the sovereign power resides in and is exercised by the whole body of citizens directly or indirectly through a system of representation.

Sounds great in theory, until you become part of the minority, which is more often than not.  A democracy is unrestrained, so anything and everything can be put on the table to be voted on.  So once democracy starts, it doesn't stop.  If the majority votes for fascist and communist policies, then society becomes fascist/communist, all the while calling itself a democracy.  Eventually democracy self destructs.

Among other forms of government which controls the people are: Monarchy, Fascism, Communism, Socialism, Techocracy, Zionism, Nazism, Tribalism, Autocracy and every other variations of these ideologies.  From the point of view of the people it makes no difference which of the above ideologies you live under...you're still a slave.

Unalienable Rights:

These are the unalienable rights granted by God.  For those who do not believe in the Devine, they are simply Human Rights.  These rights are too numerous to list although the American Bill of Rights enumerates a few of them.  Unalienable rights are:

Whatever you want them to be.  The only restriction being, that in exercising those rights, you do not violate the rights of others to do likewise”.

Exercising your rights comes with great responsibility.  Each individual’s right cannot cross over to another’s without their permission.  One's right to smoke cannot violate another’s right to clean air.  A responsible sovereign would either ask permission to smoke in the presence of others, or simply go somewhere else.

The people understand that they are first and foremost human.  Their ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, occupation etc are a distant second when discussing human rights.

Government Privileges:

Anything granted to you by government or anyone else, are NOT rights but privileges. They are for you to use under agreed conditions and until they decide take them away.  They are often falsely called rights.

This includes Civil Rights, Indigenous Rights, Maori Rights, Customary Rights, Women’s Rights, Gay Rights etc.  All these are merely privileges granted to each group by government.

The citizens are obsessed with seeking government recognition of their various “rights”.  They will protest and demand government grants them rights, which are in fact privileges.  This obsession blinds them to the constant abuses by government of their actual Human Rights ie Patriot Act (US), Terrorist Suppression Act (NZ), Search and Surveillance Bill (NZ)

The Supreme Law of the Land:

The Constitution for the United States of America

The Supreme Law of the Land:

Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)

Territory:

A union of 50 states.  It does not include the 10 square miles of the district of Columbia (D.C).  Each state has its own jurisdiction and officers have no authority in any other state.

Territory:

District of Columbia (10 square miles) as outlined in the constitution.  D.C is home to the White House.  Contrary to Hollywood conditioning, all federal agencies, CIA, NSA, FBI, ATF etc have no jurisdiction outside this 10 square mile boundary.

Capital:

There is no capital for the united States as it is a union of individual sovereign states.  Each state has its own capital.

Capital:

City of Washington.  This is the capital of the District of Columbia (DC) also known as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Sovereigns, "We The People":

  • The people are sovereign. No one has authority over them because they are self governing.  You decide what the law is.
  • It is the people who created government “We the People...do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America”.
  • The people are the creators, therefore they are the masters.  The government is subject to the people and are there primarily to protect the unalienable rights of the people.
  • The jury is both the shield and the sword of the people.  Through the grand jury (Magna Carta chapter 61) and trial jury, the people decide what the law is.  It is the people, through this mechanism, that shields the sovereigns from abuses of government power.   But it will also bring the sword down hard on sovereigns who violate the rights of others.
  • If one of the jurors decides that the law is ass...then the prosecution cannot proceed.
  • The judge is subservient to the sovereign plaintiff

Citizens:

  • The law is decided for you. It is whatever the government decrees it to be.  Citizens and subjects have no rights, only government sanctioned privileges.
  • This was redefined unconstitutionally through the 14th Amendment of the U.S Bill of Rights.
  • Citizenship is a fictional entity created by Government. The Interpretations Act of each country would define this.  If you acknowledge yourself (natural person) as being a citizen (fictional entity), you become subject to the legislations and rules of the government.
  • The law is whatever the government decrees it to be.  Citizens have no rights, only government sanctioned privileges.

Nature of the Sovereigns:

  • The people take responsibility for not only their own actions, but what they choose to learn.
  • Critical thinkers.
  • Sovereigns are fully accountable for their actions.
  • Logic over rules emotions.
  • Strong and will defend their rights to the death.
  • Critical of government and always prepared to confront their public servants.
  • Their loyalty and allegiance is to their fellow sovereigns and their republic.
  • Understands that no matter how noble a particular cause the government may be pursuing...if it violates any of their rights then it is wrong, unconstitutional, unlawful.  One example is the Patriot Act (supposedly passed to protect the citizens from another 9/11)  Both the 7th and 10th Amendments in their Bill of Rights recognises the right of the people and the states to over-rule such unconstitutional laws.

Nature of the citizens:

  • Outsource their thinking and responsibilities to others.  Will blame anyone else for their failures.
  • Lazy thinkers.
  • Citizens have limited liability.
  • Emotions over rules logic.
  • Weak and will just appease the bureaucrats to get them off their case.
  • Will just go along to get along.  Will only criticize government quietly amongst friend and never contact politicians directly or actively protest.  They are always “too busy”.
  • Might just be stirred into action when his pay packet has been affected.
  • Loyal to whichever personality they like the most.
  • Morally confused.  Will advocate freedom yet accept communistic policies as necessary.  Will preach human equality yet justify apartheid policies.  (Treaty of Waitangi Act1975).

Malcolm X fought for human rights.  Equal with all other humans under God.  He wanted to be one of "We the people".

Martin Luther King jr fought for Civil Rights.  He marched to be recognised as an equal with all other 14th amendment citizens under the federal government.  He effectively wanted to be on an equal footing with the white slaves of America.

This is the same situation in New Zealand where Maori activists demand equal rights with pakeha (whites)under the Treaty of Waitangi.  The treaty only recognises the people of New Zealand as "subjects" of a sovereign.

Money:

Article I, Section 8, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution.  Only Congress has the power “...to coin money,” NOT private corporations.

Fiat currency, properly regulated by government can be of great benefit to the people.  There would be no national debt or need for taxation, because you simply print more fiat money.

Many presidents have fought to regain public control of the monetary system.  All h ave paid with their lives.  The two most notable being Abraham Lincoln and John F Kennedy.

Debt:

Fractional reserve, debt based, monetary system.  Fiat currency.  All under the control of the private global banking cartel.  By definition, this is fascism.

For the oligarchs, this is not about money as they have the power to print as much as they want.  The fiat currency is merely the means with which they use to gain control of the world’s resources as well as every individual on Earth.

They have created a symbiotic relationship where each industry relies on the other for its survival.  The oligarchs need the media and public education system to promote the false dichotomy and thus protecting their scam.  And the media and educators need the oligarchs’ money to maintain their lifestyle.

Scenario 1:

While travelling home in your car, you are ushered over to the side by police.   The policeman notices you had chosen not to wear your seatbelt and that you had just finished a conversation on your moblie phone. The car is also unregistered.

The policeman taps on your window and politely informs you of an accident ahead and suggests an alternative route then bids you farewell.

A policeman in a republic are Peace Officers.  They understand that your unalienable rights must not be violated and no one can impose their will on you without your consent, regardless of that the law says. The sovereign self governs and all goverment agents are public servants.

The policeman taps your window and asks for ID.  You present it to him as any good citizen would.  He then proceeds to check your vehicle details with the police database.  He returns with news that your vehicle is unregistered.  Not only that you weren't wearing a seatbelt and he witnessed you on your mobile phone.  Each offence is listed in the infringement notice.

He demands that you leave the vehicle there and organise a tow truck to take it home.  You of course must now also find another way home. before he leaves he warns you that there is an accident ahead and that you may want to try an alternative route.

You hurt no one, you didn't violate anyone else's unalienable rights, damaged their property or defrauded anyone.  However what you did was deemed politically incorrect and you must pay for not conforming.

Scenario 2:

An environmental organization proposes a bill for the ballot that every individual should reduce his water household usage by 25%. To assure that this goal is met, the government, or private sector, will monitor every individual's household water consumption rate. If an individual does not meet the goal, his first offence is a $500 fine. Second offence is a $750 fine and 30 days community service. Third offence is a $1,500 fine and 30 days imprisonment. Fourth offense is a $1,750 fine and 90 days imprisonment. Fifth offence is a felony (1-year imprisonment) and $2,000 fine.

The people argue this environmental issue back and forth. They argue the pros and cons of the issue. This great debate is held at town hall meetings. Strong opinions are on both sides of the matter. One side preaches, "It is for the common good!" The other side rebuttals, "This is control and not freedom!" Election day arrives and the people go to the ballot box to settle the problem. 51% voted for the Bill and 49% against.

Scenario 3:

As a student you pay (with real money) for your education.  You soon realise that some of what you are being taught as "truth" is based on assumptions and outright lies.  You ask the teacher to prove their statements.  In return they offer logical fallacies but no real proof.  If the teacher maintains her story despite new information that contradicts it, then this constitutes fraud.  It is fraud because she took your real money and in return knowingly taught you lies.

You could then charge the teacher in a common law court.  If found guilty the sentence would be servere enough as to immediately cause all other taechers to check their information before offering it to their students as "truth".

Scenario 3:

As a student you pay fiat money for your education.  Once you realise that most if not all of what you've been taught is assumptions, misconceptions and lies, you complain to your teacher.

As you paid with fiat currency you are not entitled to be heard under common law.  Instead you risk losing everything as the corporate machine of admiralty courts, moves to protect the indoctrination institutions.  Chances are the case would be dragged on for months if not years.  You'd be tied up in legal notches and bled dry of any savings.

The teacher would carry on teaching the same lies, safe in the knowledge that the approved information is protected. By definiton this is indoctrination.

The above comparisions would be analogous to the continental united States being the Garden of Eden (or as close as humanly possible on Earth) and the District of Columbia (D.C) being the tree with the forbidden fruit.  Out of ignorance of reality most people have succumbed to the temptations offered and choosen to bite from the fruit.  The fruit comes in the form of government policies and benefits.  Once you accept, you instantly cross over from the jurisdiction of the republic under common law to the democracy under U.C.C.  You have effectively walked away from being one of the "We the people" to becoming a "14th amendment citizen" (slave).

The trick is in knowing how to free yourself from being a 14th amendment citizen (or "subjects" for us in New Zealand) and reclaiming our rightful place as sovereigns.

American historian and author Red Beckman defines knowledge as, “truth stored in the mind”.  The more truth one learns, the more one’s perspective shifts.  Indeed, everything is a matter of perspective.  For thousands of years it has been the goal of the fascist oligarchs and their heirs, to create a perspective that makes them masters and everyone else slaves.  They have created slavery so subtle, that the vast majority of us truly believe we are free.

If we are to seriously address the multitude of problems facing humanity today, whether it be: allopathic medicine; scientific dogma that promotes lies like “Thermal Expansion” for WTC7 on 9/11, anthropogenic global warming, vaccines or the failure of the public education system to produce critical thinkers...we must first expose the false dichotomy of politics.

It is this political deception that not only allows the other lies to propagate... it protects them.  Once this falls...all the others will fall with it.
